食文化だけではなく、インド文化のすべてをより多くの方々と一緒に楽しみ、発信していきたいと思い、1987年にレストラン「ルビーナ」を開業。以来、「ルビーナ」を拠点とし、インドと日本の文化の掛け橋として活動してきました。
開業当初から開催しているサリーパーティーでは、約5万人の方々がサリーを着てインド料理を楽しみました。インド大使館、インド政府観光局、エアインディアの協力を得て、インド映画、インド旅行企画、石川日印協会や北陸ジャパンインドクラブ、石川モンゴル友好女性の会も活動。これからも日本とインドだけではなく、世界への発信地でありたいと思っています。皆さんも一緒にインドの文化にふれて、楽しみましょう！！
To introduce Indian culture in its various fields Indian Restaurant Rubina was established in 1987. Since that time Rubina has become a bridge between the two countries India and Japan.
During these past 20 years 50,000 Japanes women has worn Indian costume Sari. Sari party event is held every month at Rubina.It is a very unique event .With the support and encouragement of Indian Embassy Tokyo,Indian Tourisam Tokyo and Air India Osaka ,we have been able to organize Indian Film Festival,Indian Cultural Trpis and Indian Travel etc, Ishikawa Japan- Indo friendship Association, Hokuriku Japan Indo Culb Ishikawa Mongole friendship Women's Association all came into being .Not only in Japan and India but also you can enjoy different cultures of the world at Rubina.come on join us and let us have fun togother. |
